Pearl Scan gains skills pledge certificate to add to accreditations

The skills pledge recently made and authorised for Pearl Scan Solutions ensures that the company is making a public commitment, backed by the Government, to develop the skills of the workforce in line with our organisations needs. The purpose of the skills pledge is to ensure that all of our staff are skilled, competent, committed and are able to make a full contribution to our success.
This ensures we actively encourage and support our employees to gain the skills and qualifications that meet the needs of our industry and also supports their future employability.
This certificate is also added to our EN ISO 9001:2000 accreditation, being committed to the investors in people programme, as well as our memberships with the fair trade association and with the records management society. These ensure that our services are completed by the correct competent staff and that we have high level of standards when it comes to carrying out any scanning and digitising projects.
With 2009 being a good year despite the financial climate we are all working hard to ensure the company continues to grow and helps with jobs. Also of course we aim help companies reduce the paper flow in their offices while streamlining there regular processes more efficiently.
